Setup Guide

Define Your Services

Add each service type your location offers — e.g., General Inquiry, Account Opening, Loan Consultation — with estimated wait times.

Set Up Counters

Create service counters and assign each one to a service type. Name them so staff and customers can find them easily.

Print the QR Code

Generate the join link, print the QR code, and place it at your entrance or reception desk.

Open the Staff Dashboard

Staff log in, select their counter, and start calling customers with the 'Call Next' button.

Display the Queue Board

Open the Queue Display on a TV or monitor in the waiting area so customers can see which numbers are being served.
